Company Profile

Incorporated in October 2003 Get With I.T. consists of a small team of highly dedicated skilled individuals together with a small number of strategic associations to give us maximum flexibility and agility without the cumbersome and costly overheads.  Working together with our customers we frequently participate as a sanity barrier - helping keep our customers sane when being given the run-around by vendors, suppliers and their incumbent technology partners.

Many large I.T. service providers have so many levels of bureaucracy and management that they lose sight of the customer.  At the end of the day, the customer brings money into the organisation.  It is our job to provide a high quality service that is perceived by the customer to warrant the money they are paying for the service.  If the customer cannot easily realise the value we are bringing to them, we are not doing our job right.

On some of the projects we've worked on, we're affectionately called the 'bull-shit detectors.'

i.e. Translating and clarifying the services and technology being sold to an organisation into

actual reality and explaining what value it would/could provide to that organisation

- doing away with the marketing hype!

Rob Jenkins' first job out of university was:

Marketing Director for a small company based in South Wales, U.K.  The company was the U.K. sales agency for the Foster Electric Corporation and Tonegen in Japan.

Involved extensive worldwide travel, daily dealings with CxO levels of management at most of the major Hi-fi companies in the U.K., and helped bolster interest in Research and Development, and economies-of-scale.

Hi-fi, home cinema and loudspeakers has always been a passion and will always have a focal point within the home.
